Тема урока: ”А trip to London”

Тип урока: Урок обобщения изученного материала

Общая цель урока: закрепление пройденного материала; создание образовательной среды, способствующей максимальному усвоению пройденного материала.

^ Цель образовательная: развитие социокультурной компетенции по теме ”A trip to London”

Цель воспитательная: формировать у учащихся уважение и интерес к культуре и населению Лондона;

^ Цель развивающая: развитие у учащихся навыков монологической и диалогической речи;
Цель практическая; учить учащихся е коммуникативному общению по теме Лондон.

Задачи:

образовательная: отрабатывать фонетические навыки;

учить понимать иностранную речь; повышение уровня учебной мотивации

развивающая: развивать умение применения полученных знаний в конкретной обстановке; развитие навыков диалогической речи; активизация навыков монологической речи.

воспитательная: прививать интерес к культуре, традициям, достопримечательностям англоязычных стран; воспитывать умение работать в коллективе (группе). Формирование дружелюбного и уважительного отношения друг к другу.

^ Необходимое оборудование и материалы: Компьютер, проектор, карточки для рефлексии, рабочие тетради.

Ход и содержание урока.

  1. Оргмомент.

Мотивация учащихся:

T: - Good morning my dear boys and girls, our guests and teachers! I’m glad to meet you at our lesson!

- I hope everybody is ready to work. Take your seats, sit down, please!

P: - Good morning teacher!

T: How are you, …?

P – I’m fine, thank you.

T: What date is it today?

P2 – It is the 11th of April.

T: -What day of week is it today?

P3 -It is Wednesday.

T:- he weather fine today, isn't it? P –

T: Is it cold? Is it raining now? Is it snowing now? Etc.

T: …. What can you say about the weather?

P1 -The weather is fine. The sky is blue. The sun is shining. It is warm.

T: …. Do you agree with ….? P9 – Yes, (No) I agree. The weather is beautiful today.

I want to begin our lesson with a very happy song.

Stand up, please! You know this song and may sing it together. (дети слушают и поют песню)

T: - What is the song about?

P: - It is about a trip to London. The song is called______________

T: - And you? Would you like to visit to London?

Dear boys and girls, today we have an unusual lesson. We are going to make a trip to London;

Today at the lesson we must remember some facts about the most famous places of London.

Now, please, write down the date and the topic of our lesson ”A trip to London” (слайд 1);

^ VI. Речевая разминка

- Let's play the game «Agree or disagree». Listen to my sentences, please. Repeat my statement if you agree with me and correct it if you disagree with me. So, please try to answer my questions.

Учитель предлагает учащимся поиграть в игру «Согласись или не согласись». Ученик повторяет утверждение учителя, если он согласен с ним, и исправляет утверждение, если он не согласен с ним.

P1. ^ Trafalgar Square. It is in the centre of London and here you can always see a lot of tourists. The tall monument in the middle is a monument to Admiral Nelson. You can see the best picture gallery in this square too. It is the National Gallery.

P2. The Houses of Parliament. It is a long grey building with two towers. One of them is the clock tower – Big Ben. It was a royal palace. Now it’s the seat of the British Government.

P3. Big Ben. It is one of the most famous clocks in the world. It is really a bell. People hear it every hour. It is a big bell.

-We can see Big Ben on the picture.

P4^ . The Tower of London. It was a fortress, a palace, a prison and the king’s Zoo. Now it is the museum. Black ravens live in the Tower and people look after them. They believe that London will be rich while ravens live here.

-Yes, you are right. Now we are at Tower of London

P5. ^ Tower Bridge. It is the only Thames bridge which can be raised. The road over the bridge is built on two central sections, they open 3 times a week to let ships through.

P6. Buckingham Palace. The Queen of England lives in it. The Palace is very nice and large. It has 600 rooms. People can visit some of them. When the flag is flying on the top the queen is at home. In front of the Palace there is the Queen Victoria Memorial.

P7. ^ Westminster Abbey. It is a very beautiful and very famous church. It is more than 900 years old. . Many English kings and queens are buried there.

VIII . Физкультминутка: Let’s have a rest.

XI .On your desks you can see the balloons of different colors: red, green and yellow.
